Supporting the Executive Art Director and design team, the Junior Designer will have the opportunity to create marketing assets on a wide array of genres and adult nonfiction titles, from finance to novelty books and products, self-care to business management, cookbooks to memoirs, journals, crafting, and more. Recent titles and bestsellers include BUILD THE LIFE YOU WANT by Arthur C. Brooks and Oprah Winfrey, ATOMIC HABITS by James Clear, BEYOND ORDER by Jordan B. Peterson, RICH AF by Vivian Tu, and THE KOREAN VEGAN COOKBOOK by Joanne Lee Molinaro.

The ideal candidate will be a creative, collaborative, and enthusiastic designer working closely with the design teams, marketers, and media buyers to brainstorm and create marketing, publicity, and promotional material and branding.
